Duties

• Supervise the daily operations of the food and beverage area
• Staff training
• Report to the Hotel Manager

Qualifications/Experience

• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Minimum 5 years of food and beverage experience preferably on ships or 5 star hotels
• Knowledge of bar operations and associated legislation
• Strong guest service skills
• Fluency in English
