Duties

• Wait on an allocated number of tables
• Serve food / drinks during breakfast, lunch, and dinner
• Set up tables
• Learn guests’ names, develop friendly relationships with guests
• Ensure a high standard of service is provided to passengers
• Keep work stations neat and clean
• Attend to guests’ requests in a prompt manner
• Must exhibit a thorough understanding of menu
• Ability to describe foods in an articulate manner
• Report to the Restaurant Manager

Qualifications/Experience

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years previous experience in a related position
• Demonstrated interest in hospitality
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Sound English skills

• Ability to work actively with team members

• Excellent grooming and presentation
