Duties

• Assist with shore excursions and land tours
• Promote and sell shore excursion packages to passengers
• Responsible for staffing the shore excursion desk that includes guest services and tour sales
• Accounting responsibilities
• Responsible for administrative functions
• Ensure that excursions/tours are operated as advertised
• Coordinate tour disembarkation with the Cruise Director
• Document all tours and excursions that are sold
• Report to the Shore Excursion Manager

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in travel industry/hospitality highly advantageous
• Excellent geographical knowledge/knowledge of ports
• Strong administrative skills essential
• Thorough knowledge of the Caribbean is a significant advantage
• Sales experience preferred
• Fluency in English
• Second language preferred
• Previous shipboard experience preferred
